What your information is used for:

•To provide you with information about our products and services if you have given your consent for us so to do. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing: email@example.com
•To calculate and collect fees and resolve any queries.
•To provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience.
Who we share your data with:
•We may have to disclose certain of your information to service providers to fulfil your order, i.e. your postal address to couriers or the Royal Mail
•Bankers, auditors and accountants to allow us to comply and fulfil our business obligations.
•Governmental bodies that request it
We may share, and you hereby agree to our sharing of, personal information with service providers and affiliates who assist with the delivery of our products/services we provide to you, the enforcement of our terms and conditions, and the promotion of trust and safety.
How long we hold information:
•We will only keep your marketing information for as long as you wish to remain on our mailing list.
•Information that has been used when ordering goods from us will only be kept for as long as is legally necessary. For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers for seven years.

You may instruct us to provide you with any or all of the personal information we hold about you. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you.
